Explore the Meaning of Life Through Alpha - 

The Alpha course is a Christian outreach/evangelistic program that give people from any background, religion or viewpoint the opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, unintimidating setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions, plus a day or weekend away. Alpha provides a low-key, friendly, and fun environment for people to seek answers to some of life’s perplexing questions and build genuine friendships with people, while enjoying great meals once a week. It is supported by all the main Christian denominations in over 163 countries. This course starts at our Trooper campus beginning Sunday, September 28 at 6.00 PM. Alpha Leaders and Team Training

In addition to inviting others to Alpha, Church members can get involved in Alpha in one of two ways. Volunteers are needed for each category:

Alpha Helpers: 

Help with setting up the dinner before each course and clearing up at the end of each course. Volunteers may commit to any number of the 10-12 weeks required for the Alpha Course. No special skills required, full training provided.

Alpha Small Group Leaders/Facilitators: 

Facilitate the 45-minute small group discussions following the video presentation. Full training will be provided, but small group leaders will be required to make a commitment to lead their groups for the entire duration of the course (10 weeks)

The Alpha Leaders and Team training will be held on Saturday September 6 from 9.00 AM - 4:00 PM. Lunch and child care will be provided.
